Prohibited Content and Industries
Don't use Tech Beta Market Mailer to send offensive emails, to promote anything illegal, or to harrass anyone.

No offense meant, but because we must ensure the highest delivery rates possible for all our customers, we do not allow businesses that offer these types of services, products, or content
- Illegal goods or services
- Escort and dating services
- Pharmaceutical products
- Get-rich-quick or work-at-home schemes
- Online trading, day trading tips, or stock market related content
- Gambling services or products
- Multi-level marketing
- Affiliate marketing
- Credit repair, get-out-of-debt content
- Mortgages
Generally speaking, if you're in an industry that is frequently associated with spam, you know who you are (it's probably why you're reading this far, right?). We make no judgments about your line of business, but we cannot afford to risk our deliverability. In fact, most ESPs like Tech Beta Market Mailer will not be able to assist you. You will most likely need to look into setting up your own mail servers.
Who Can Use Tech Beta Market Mailer Email Marketing Service
You need to meet these eligibility requirements, to use the our email marketing service:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tech Beta Market Mailer, and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
- You must complete the registration process and agree to our terms of use in order to use Tech Beta Market Mailer. All contact information you submit must be true, complete, and up to date.
- Tech Beta Market Mailer reserves the right to refuse service or to terminate accounts for any user, and to change eligibility requirements at any time, in its sole discretion
Fees, Refunds, Account Terminations
- We do not provide refunds for unused email credits (even if we had to shut down your account for violating these terms).
- Tech Beta Market Mailer reserves the right to (reasonably) change our fees at any time. We will send email notifications to users if and when we do.
- If a user violates any of the terms outlined here, we reserve the right to terminate accounts, or bar access, without refund.
- Tech Beta Market Mailer accounts will get activated only after receipt of the payment.
- You agree to pay for all emails you send from your account, even if messages are blocked by any third party (we have no control over your recipients' email servers, ISP availability, personal spam filter settings, etc)
- Your email credits roll over and do not expire. However, if you do not renew your account within 15 days after expiry your account (all data including campaigns, lists) may be deleted permanently from our system. This policy is more about keeping our database clean and efficient than making you buy email credits.

Email Marketing Service Usage Policy
- We highly recommend you to send smaller and regular campaigns instead of one large campaign
- The volume of email sent at a time should not exceed 10,000. Breakup your contact list to 10,000 each and send campaigns one at a time and give time interval between campaigns. This will improve delivery of your emails with large ISP such as Yahoo, Gmail
- Maximum daily limit of 50,000 emails per account
- Bounce rate should be less than 10% of your campaign size
- The email content should not be of spam nature
These policies are in accordance with bulk emailing service norms setup by major ISP such as Yahoo, Gmail. Our compliance team monitors the service usage, and takes appropriate steps against policy violations.
